EXTRAORDINARY PROCEDURE TO CHANGE THE STUDY PLAN ONLY FOR STUDENTS
WHO ARE ABOUT TO GRADUATE

Students who are about to graduate (e.g., 1-2 months before graduation) who need to change the study plan
can follow the extraordinary procedure (according to the Article 17-4 of the Didactic Regulation of the University of Florence).

The request of an extraordinary change of the study plan has to be submitted 
using the appropriate form and is subject to the payment of stamp duty of 16 euros,
payable with a slip that can be requested to the Students Secretary (segreteriastudenti.novoli(AT)unifi.it).

The filled form has to be sent to the Students Secretary (segreteriastudenti.novoli(AT)unifi.it)
by indicating in the object of the email: VARIAZIONE STRAORDINARIA PIANO DI STUDIO.
Please remember to use your official mail address (nome.cognome@stud.unifi.it),
on the contrary an answer is not guarantee.

The request must be adequately motivated explaining the reasons of the exams change and its urgency
(e.g., incoming terms for graduation).
The Didactic Committee will evaluate the request also considering if it is really necessary and urgent.

The extraordinay procedure should be use only if it represents the unique solution to change the study plan,
and only when the terms for graduations are incoming.

Remember:
- your choice must be adequately motivated, or your request will be rejected;
- only minimal changes are allowed, on the contrary your request will be rejected;
- before to present the request, contact the study plan tutor (dott. Valentina Tocchioni) to check if you are eligible for this extraordinary procedure and if the form is filled correctly.
