BigIn is a workshop program aimed at students from the University of Florence from any degree course (for Master Degree Programs students need to have earned at least 40 ECTS credits at the time of application).

BIGin allows students to come into direct contact with the business world, discover its internal dynamics, and understand the importance of developing soft skills effectively. It also offers the opportunity to understand how organizations and companies operate, not only from a formal perspective but also in terms of relationships and human interactions.

The BiGin program is characterized by a dual educational approach: classes are conducted with both corporate and academic instructors. Additionally, team-building activities and company visits are planned. The program concludes with the drafting and subsequent discussion of a group project work.

The BiGin workshop is free of charge but has a limited number of places. Each edition has 30 spots available. Applications for the next edition, which will begin in September, must be submitted by June 30, 2024.
